1. Manage your energy, not your time
2. Prepare the night before. Your to-do list for tomorrow takes 10 minutes that night and saves 3 hours the next day.
3. Don't open email until noon.
4. Turn your phone off and leave it in another room.
5. Work in a cool place. Turn the temperature down.
6. Sit up or stand up.
7. Eat as a reward for working hard.
